About Our Client:

My client is a medium sized multi-service law firm, representing HNW and UHNW clients. The firm has multiple Legal 500 departments, including in residential property, and has offices across London.



Position Overview: My client is looking to hire an experienced residential property paralegal with at least 1-year of experience working in a property role. In this role, you will be supporting fee-earners on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.



Key Responsibilities:


· Assist fee-earners on the full range of residential property files


· Prepare and draft legal documents, carry out property searches, AML and source of funds checks, etc.


· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.


· Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.



Qualifications + Experience:


· Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.


· Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to residential property.


· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


· Proven ability to assist on a diverse caseload.


· Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.


· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
