Join a popular and vibrant primary school as a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant - Level 2. This role involves offering support to a Year 1 pupil who has recently started at school, helping to foster their social and emotional development within a supportive school setting.
Day-to-day of the role: - Provide one-on-one support to a Year 1 pupil, assisting with their academic and personal development.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with the pupil to enhance their learning experience.
- Encourage and support the pupil's social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement educational plans that cater to the pupil's needs.
- Assist in creating a safe and positive learning environment that promotes learning.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role within a school setting.
- Strong ability to build relationships and foster a supportive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
