Location Stoke on Trent

Salary/Rate £38k to £50k plus overtime (nights or days your choice)

33 days hols pension and parking .

HGV Technician £24 per hour (Nightshift Monday to Friday ..10.30pm to 7 am )

HGV Technician £19/ £20 per hour (days Mon to Friday..7.30 to 3;30pm )

2 x 15 mins Tea breaks

HGV Technician to prep Scania trucks for service and MOTs

We are looking for a HGV Technician /Maintenance engineer/technician to work in a team to inspect, service and repair engines and trailers to a high maintenance standard, ensuring conformity to all current company EHS guidelines, policies, procedures and mandatory EHS legislation.

The role

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be a “Time Served” technician or possess City & Guilds 1,2 & 3 Certificates or equivalent qualifications & experience and have a technical

background/experience in trailer repairs Welding experience

High level of enthusiasm & good communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers and ability to complete relevant written documentation.

Have a customer and team centric mindset and high level of professionalism

Good organisational skills and ability to be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines Initiative to work autonomously if required.Benefits we offer
