About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Reception Primary Teacher to support the early development of our youngest learners. You will create a welcoming and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. You will play a vital role in fostering curiosity, social skills, and foundational learning in literacy, numeracy, and creativity. You will need to be nurturing, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

* Support the development of key skills, including communication, problem-solving, and social interaction

* Observe, assess, and record student progress, tailoring activities to individual needs and next steps.

* Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's learning.

* Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.

Qualifications:

QTS

The ability to drive is desired but not essential.
