We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong HVAC background to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverage and Pharmaceuticals sectors. This is a contract role based in either our Manchester or Watford offices, offering a competitive hourly rate and an immediate start.

• Location: Manchester or Watford (5 days on-site)
• Duration: 3-month contract, with potential for extension
• Type: Outside IR35
• Start: ASAP
• Pay Rate: £40-50 per hour

• Leverage expertise in HVAC systems to design effective mechanical solutions for projects within the food and beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying project needs and proposing design solutions autonomously.
• Maintain proactive communication with project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• HVAC Experience: Essential skill required for designing HVAC systems tailored to client specifications.
• Design Background: Solid background in mechanical design necessary to create functional, efficient designs.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to work independently, anticipate project needs, and act to resolve issues promptly.
• Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, driving them to successful completion.
