Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO, based in Johannesburg, to support the executive office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.

  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.

  • Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.

  • Support the CEO with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma or qualification in administration or business management is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives is advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.

  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport preferred.
