Due to continued company growth and a surge in orders our client are expanding their workforce and are looking for dedicated Production Operator/Assembly line Operators to join the team. In this role, you'll be working in the cotton spool department, ensuring equipment stays inline and functioning correctly to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor machinery

* Ensure the equipment is functioning correctly and resolve minor issues as required.

* Maintain focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the production process.

* Keep work areas organised and ensure compliance with safety standards.

* Assist with daily production goals and help meet increased order demands.
