Your new company

A well-established organisation based in Northumberland is looking for a self-motivated, organised customer service professional to join their sales team for a temporary period of 3 months. They are looking for someone with previous experience in sales or customer service who is available at short notice.

Your new role

High-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists
Promote products or services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing to generate sales
Identify sales opportunities by researching and understanding customer needs
Follow up on potential leads and maintain relationships to convert them into sales
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a similar customer service/sales role
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections
Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
