We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our client’s team. As a Support Worker you will provide person-centred support and care for individuals with diverse needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or above Health and Social Care
- Previous experience in a similar support role is preferred
- Compassion, empathy, and a respectful attitude towards individuals with diverse needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to promote diversity, equality and inclusion
- Understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals receiving support
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
- Support individuals to engage in social and recreational activities
- Promote independence and empowerment while respecting individual rights and choices
- Implement and follow individual support plans and behaviour support strategies
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of support provided
