The role - Deputy Head

I am looking for an experienced Deputy Head to work in a SEN school in South West London. In this Deputy Head role you must create, develop and maintain a high-quality educational environment for pupils with SEN needs, and will be working closely with the Principle, SLT and the Local Governing Body on strategic school improvement planning and self - evaluation. For this Deputy Head role, you must develop effective communication between children, staff, parents / carers, governors and the wider community. You will deliver CPD as required, lead the delivery of performance management protocols across the school, assume the lead role within child protection and safeguarding of children and lead specific school improvement projects as specified by the Principle.
