The Role
They are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who will bring expertise, creativity, and leadership to their dynamic London-based team. This role is for a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a strong background in electrical design for complex building systems and infrastructure projects.
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead the development of electrical systems for cutting-edge projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop innovative electrical designs for high-profile projects across various sectors.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring designs meet technical, environmental, and client requirements.
* Perform detailed design calculations, feasibility studies, and system analysis.
* Prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation.
* Foster client relationships, contributing to project strategy and decision-making.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Past Projects
An impressive portfolio, including:
* The Shard, London's iconic skyscraper.
* HS2, the UK's high-speed rail network.
* The Sydney Opera House refurbishment.
* Heathrow Terminal 5.

Must Have's
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Extensive experience in electrical design for building systems or infrastructure projects.
* Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP.
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* A passion for innovation and sustainable design.
