I’m partnered with a multinational business who is keen to expand their Human Resources Team, this huge company is financially investing in creating a Human Resource team capable of dealing with a wide variety of company responsibilities!
Day-to-day of the role for the Human Resources Administrator:
- Ensuring employees are giving accurate feedback for you to implement in company procedures
- Organising company training courses, carrying out wellness meetings and questionnaires
- Staying up to date on company healthy and safety to maintain the office spaces
- Learning and educating employees on a variety of systems, new company policies and procedures etc.,
Required skills and qualifications for the Human Resources Administrator:
- Previous HR experience is required for this role
- Being able to articulate what you have learnt to employees
- A basic understanding of IT and software
- A CIPD qualification is very useful for this role
