My clients a global, friendly freight forwarder based within the Heathrow area. They are seeking a IMPORT OPERATIONS CLERK to handle healthcare shipments.

Duties would include:

• Handling import shipments start-finish
• Customs entries
• Job costing
• Pre-booking
• Liaising with overseas agents
• Handling key accounts
• Invoicing clients
• Updating clients on shipments
• KPI's/ SOP's

Skills needed:

• 2 years + freight forwarding experience
• Import customs entries
• Pharma experience
• PC literate
• Good customer service skills

Working hours:
