Must Have’s

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within commercial insurance
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and take initiative
• A genuine interest in business and supporting business leadership

Nice to have’s

• Experience building tailored insurance plans for a variety of clients
• Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to staying informed
• A team player who thrives in a service-led environment
