Our client is looking for a Supplies Specialist to optimize supplier relationships, manage inventory, and streamline order fulfillment processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with global standards while addressing local market needs and aligning supply chain activities with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party fulfillment partners.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to secure optimal terms.
- Monitor and oversee daily operations of third-party fulfillment centers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and track performance metrics, including order accuracy and inventory management.
- Conduct performance reviews and audits of fulfillment partners to ensure SLA adherence.
- Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with partners to manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Address fulfillment-related issues with customer service teams to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the fulfillment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fulfillment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including logistics providers and vendors.

Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- A diploma in Procurement Management is an advantage.
