What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Ideally at least 3+ years’ experience
• Applications from full-time and part-time candidates are very welcome
• Unqualified personal injury fee earners with strong experience are also encouraged to apply 
• A willingness to attend the Exeter office at least once/week 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including:
  • Claimant cases 
  • Fast-track and multi-track matters 
  • RTA, EL and PL claims
• Experience in clinical negligence is advantageous but not essential 
• Participate in marketing and business development activities as & when
