Typical responsibilities include:

  • Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
  • Liaise with team leads to ensure on track to delivery of product within the agreed timeline.
  • Engage key decision makers about upcoming contract renewals.
  • Check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
  • Advocate for customers' needs internally, ensuring they receive optimal value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and maximise cross-sale and upsell.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Delivery focussed role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (such as Pipedrive / Salesforce) and project management software ( such as Asana / Trello).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
