We have a red hot Freelance Senior Site Manager requirement for a start mid/late January 2025.  Our client is one of the UK's leading Main Contractors in the Industrial & Logistics sector with major projects up and down the country.  Having recently secured a £7m refurb and extension to an existing Distribution Centre facility on the outskirts of Birmingham we have been asked to supply a Senior Site Manager to head up the delivery of the project on a day to day basis.

Senior Site Manager roles and responsibilities:

- Programme Management
- H&S Management
- Quality control
- Client liaison
- Reporting upline

Senior Site Manager experience required:

- Minimum 10 years' Site Manager experience
- Previous Distribution Centre project experience
- Main Contractor / Major Project experience
- CSCS Black, First Aid at Work, SMSTS
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
