Belmont Recruitment are looking for RMNs, CPNs, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists to work an NHS based position as part of the Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.

The service is currently looking for qualified professionals with mental health experience for a contract position in the recovery and wellbeing unit located in the Southend-on-Sea area working as a Band 6 CPN. The post holder will be supporting experiencing mental health difficulties in their recovery and working as a care co-ordinator. A valid driver's license is required.

Purpose of the service;

* Deliver a high quality and comprehensive mental health service to individuals with high intensity and complex needs.

* Responsible for assessments, treatments and evaluation of care and provide complex advice and support to service users.

Duties will involve;

* Excellent communication to service users and colleagues.

* Demonstrate leadership skills.

* Work as a care co-ordinator.

* Risk assessments.

* Act as part of an MDT.

* Participating in development initiatives.

This position is a full-time hours position - working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 to 5).

Competitive Band 6 Pay Rates.

The applicant must be experienced and able to work at Band 6 level.
