Job Title: Legal PA (Private Client)

Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for an exciting opportunity within a reputable law firm? We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal PA to join our client's Private Client team based in Birmingham. You will be working in office, Mon-Fri between 9am - 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client department.
Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Draft correspondence, legal documents, and manage file administration.
Handle client queries and liaise with external stakeholders.
Organise travel arrangements, conferences, and any necessary bookings.
Prepare bills and manage expense claims.
Maintain accurate client records and assist with file management.Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Private Client, Wills, Trusts, or Probate.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
A professional, discreet, and client-focused approach.What We Offer:
