Key Responsibilities:
* Provide group support to children with various needs such as SEMH
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities
* Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents

What We're Looking For:
* A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable SMEH, Autism and ADHD)
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
* A passion for helping children reach their full potential
* Ability to work well within a team and independently
