We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Manager to work for an organisation based in West Yorkshire. The contract will last an initial 3 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Estates Manager
Location: West Yorkshire
Pay rate: £27 to £33 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage mechanical or electrical maintenance team and contractors

* Ventilation systems, medical gas, decontamination service and sustainability projects

* Day to day hard FM and technical services on 3 hospital sites

* Fire safety and general health and safety on hospital sites

* Data management, budgets
