Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced recovery workers to work within a private charity focusing on substance misuse and homelessness in Wokingham and surrounding areas on a contract until March 2025 with the possibility of a 12-month contract extension.

You will manage a caseload and provide interventions mainly for alcohol users and some opiate users with complex needs to support them through their recovery plan. The role is community based so driving is essential, you will be carrying out home visits and conducting support plans, risk assessments, working on a 1-1 basis, the clients are hard to reach clients often with mobility issues or are unable to make it to the service due to health reasons. Furthermore, you will be managing a small and manageable caseload of 15-20 clients.

You require a car for this role and all mileage whilst in work will be reimbursed.

-You will need an enhanced DBS.

-The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.

-Contract length is 12+ months.

-This role is paying between £18-£20p/h
