Position Summary:
Reporting to the UK&I General Manager, the UK&I Service Support Manager is responsible for delivering top-tier operational and contractual service to all Sensormatic’s UK&I customers. This includes planned maintenance visits and technical support through a skilled team of technicians and coordinators. The role covers various solutions such as electronic security, electronic article surveillance (EAS), CCTV, and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure health & safety compliance for all team members, focusing on incident prevention.
Manage and oversee the team’s short, medium, and long-term activities and direction, ensuring all financial goals are met or exceeded.
Successfully manage and complete all service contracts, adhering to SLA’s, KPI’s, and contractual compliance to support service growth and financial performance.
Achieve 100% routine inspection planning and visit fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead, manage, and organize the team to ensure high productivity and excellent service delivery.
Handle team administration, including timesheet review, certification updates, holiday allocation, and annual performance reviews.
Support the rollout of new product launches, ensuring the team can service these solutions post-installation.
Maintain a focus on teamwork, quality, and customer service.
Manage sub-contractor performance and financial responsibilities.
Profile Requirements:
Technology-savvy with the ability to connect the dots, though not necessarily a technician.
At least 10 years of leadership experience in managing and organizing teams.
Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Packages; additional system training will be provided.
Knowledge of CCTV, EAS, and Inventory Management is desirable but not essential.
Fluent in English with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
