Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to follow lesson plans and support student progress.
• Provide feedback and assessment in line with school policies.
