We are recruiting for a Management Team Administrator on behalf of a well-established company in the water treatment and nuclear machinery sector. This role provides essential support to senior management, handling administrative tasks, diary management, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and confidential documents.
  • Organise corporate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with visas, accommodation bookings, and office administration.
  • Support HR with administrative tasks, including time & attendance records.
Requirements:
  • Experience in executive or senior administrative support.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
