Essential experience:

* Infrastructure and 3rd line support
* Windows OS and MacOS
* Windows Server up to 2022
* Office 365 / Azure - including implementations and migrations
* Google Cloud - implementations
* JAMF
* Exchange Server
* Hyper V & VMware
* Firewalls, Networking, Storage, Backups, Disaster recovery
* CCTV and access control
* Experience in scripting and automation (PowerShell)
