Room Manager (Baby Room)

Location: Tooting, Southwest London 

Salary: Up to £27,000

Permanent, 3-5 days per week (51 weeks)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Level 3+ Room Manager to joina reputable childcare nursery. In this role,you will oversee the daily operations of a childcare room, ensuring exceptional care and education.

You will be responsible for:

Serve as a role model, demonstrating exemplary practices in childcare.
Deliver exceptional learning experiences through engaging, well-planned activities.
Maintain required staff-to-child ratios, ensuring comprehensive support across the nursery.
Support children through transitions, managing related documentation and sessions.
Engage in staff meetings, training, and parental evenings to strengthen community ties.
Maintain up-to-date records and assessments of children's progress.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Room Manager or in a similar role.
Relevant experience in early childhood education.
Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years.
Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and childcare legislation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
