About the Role:We are looking for 15 hardworking and reliable individuals to assist with packing and unloading trees at our Newbury site. This is a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting and working outdoors in a yard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading trees from delivery vehicles and moving them to storage areas.
• Packing and preparing trees for delivery to customers.
• Ensuring the yard remains tidy and safe during operations.
• Assisting with general yard duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work, regardless of weather conditions.
• Heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks.
