Based at the Pound Lane Learning Centre in Leamington, this role is key to supporting the smooth running of ACL services across the county.As a Business Support Officer, you will work in a busy team where deadlines are critical, providing administrative support and reception duties during term time. You will also play an essential part in managing enrolments, handling enquiries, and contributing to the success of courses that help learners gain skills, confidence, and qualifications.Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting learners from initial enquiries and enrolments through to exam administration.
  • Providing reception duties, including welcoming learners, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to improve service outcomes.
  • Supporting the Council's vision of making Warwickshire the best it can be, sustainable now and for future generations.
