Export Sales Support/Administrator

Location: Dorking

Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-17:00, with further flexibility to fulfil the duties of the role.

Salary: Up to £30,000 - depending on experience

We are looking for an Export Sales Support/Administrator to provide well-rounded administrative support. The role is a permanent position based in Dorking, Surrey. Standard working hours is 08:30-17:00 with a 60-minute unpaid break each day. This position is based in the office full-time, so your ability to commute to Dorking is essential.

Main Duties as Export Sales Support/Administrator:

• Dealing with deliveries, order processing and order acknowledgement.
• Sorting customer orders and schedules for delivery
• Monitor stock levels - focus on timely delivery of machines to customers and ensure low level of finished goods stock.
• Various meeting activity ensuring a seamless flow from order intake to invoicing.
• General administrative duties, information gathering, post and answering phones.
• Support co-ordination of visitor requests from export Customers including booking and preparing meeting rooms, providing coffee/tea, booking lunch, hotels etc. Arrange accommodation and taxis.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, including a clear desk policy.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company.

Person Specification:

• Clear English communication skills
• Confident, motivated and committed individual
• Understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook
• SAP experience is desirable
• Able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail
