The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

* Work with students on a one-to-one or small group basis to reinforce learning.

* Assist children with additional needs, including SEN, ensuring all students thrive.

* Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions.

* Prepare resources, materials, and assist with classroom organisation.

* Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school activities.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals with the following:

* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

* Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A patient, positive, and adaptable approach.

* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
