This position is located in Avonmouth and the salary is £26,831 per annum.

Pension schemeKey Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive:

Managing existing relationships with the network of catering equipment distributors
Being the support network for all stakeholders, answering calls and emails, and offering a one-stop resolution for all
Achieving revenue and margin targets for the customer base
Completing administrative tasks such as resolving invoice disputes, registering new accounts and maintaining accurate dealer records
Resolving any carrier issues presented to the team via the delivery partnersKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Support Executive:

Previous experience working in a sales and customer service background is preferred
You will need strong administration experience
Good communication and negotiation skills is required
An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is required
