The Position:
My client are recruiting a Workshop Supervisor to lead the production team on the door manufacturing side of the business.
Duties:
Learning all aspects of our door manufacturing process
Controlling day to day paperwork distribution
Designating staff members to specific operations day to day
Ensuring jobs are completed on time to be available for despatch when required
Monitoring performance of team members and communicating any concerns
Overseeing regular machine maintenance and cleaning
