Trinity House Group are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner for a Logistics Business in the Midlands. The role will provide partnering and financial decision-making support to operational stakeholders.

This role will need a professional with strong commercial drive and acumen, and the ability to support critical business decisions.

Role

• Financial support, modelling and scenario analysis
• Acting as the finance lead for the business area and a key member of the Leadership team
• Strategic Business Partnering and optimising financial outcomes
• Interpretation and provision of key management information and metrics
• Provide accurate, timely analysis and insight on monthly, annual and performance against targets
• Identify key risks and opportunities, driving teams to maximise opportunities.
• Ensuring alignment of performance with the company’s strategic goals.

Person

• Fully Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
• Experience with financial modelling and forecasting: Building accurate financial models is crucial for budgeting, investment decisions, and risk management.
• Data analysis skills: Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills: You need to communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders, including the board, executive team, investors, and staff.
• Presentation skills: Delivering impactful presentations on financial performance and forecasts is an important aspect of the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Building trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders is key to success.
