Our Client is a long-established West Midlands Manufacturer with particular expertise in the automotive Industry. They are looking to appoint a Tool Room Manager in order to maintain and develop their world class engineering capability.

As Tool Room Manager you will

* Support Production and Maintenance with day to day tooling issues

* Be heavily involved in the NPI process

* Take part in wider quality and CI initiatives

* Have financial responsibility for the Toolroom

* Manage a small team of Tool Makers

In order to be successful in the role of Tool Room Manager you will need

* A suitable qualification (Degree / HNC / Apprentice etc) in either Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking or similar

* Proven experience in Toolmaking

* Experience of people and budgetary management

In return for fulfilling the roll of Toolroom Manager my client can offer a generous salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus excellent future prospects.
