Position : Night Nurse Manager

Rizq Recruit is looking for an experienced and skilled nurse to join an outstanding mental health facility as a Night Manager. About the Facility:
A 40-bed mental health facility providing a range of settings, including two Female PICUs and two Acute Wards, with a strong focus on psychology-led treatments. They offer a unique environment for mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to service design and make a meaningful impact on our community.

Key responsibilities as a Night Nurse Manager:

* Swiftly responding to medical and psychiatric emergencies

* Providing coaching and mentorship to team members

* Conducting spot checks to ensure high standards and compliance

* Ensuring smooth handovers and timely, accurate documentation

* Participating in audits and personnel management

Essential Criteria:

* Proven leadership and managerial skills

* Nursing qualification with current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD

* Strong clinical background with demonstrable skills

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a mental health setting

* Experience in Older People's Mental Health (OPMH) or Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is highly desirable

* Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to high-quality care

* Ability to work independently and make confident, informed decisions
