Pertemps Stoke are looking for an administrator to join one of our well-established clients in Stone.

About this Administrator Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to become part of our clients friendly and professional team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their office operations.

Key Responsibilities of this administrator role:
Answering phone calls and handling enquiries professionally.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Communicating with our approved suppliers, third-party hauliers, and customers.
Using Excel and Sage for administrative and logistics tasks.
Working collaboratively with the team and independently when required.Skills required for this administrator role:

Friendly, with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office (Excel).
Previous office-based experience is preferred, particularly in logistics, but not essential.
Organised, confident, and able to work independently.Details of this administrator role:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Hourly rate: £11.50 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
