Known globally for their much-loved products, they’re experiencing significant growth and need a talented Maintenance Engineer to join their team.Your Role As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production machinery while maintaining the company’s high standards of productivity, efficiency, and safety.Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults to minimise downtime.
  • Enhancing equipment performance and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
This days-only role offers an early finish on Fridays and minimal weekend work. While overtime is optional, there may be occasional requirements to cover urgent tasks during busy periods.Benefits

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, ideally in food manufacturing or a similar environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair machinery.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including motor overloads, contactors, variable speed drives, and relays.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification (minimum).
  • 18th Edition certification (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
