Job Description:

* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications

* Collaborate with project teams to analyse and manage project costs

* Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and stakeholders

* Assist in the negotiation of subcontracts and change orders

* Working on flag ship schemes in the region

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the measurement and valuation of works for payment purposes

* Review and analyse project documents to identify potential risks and opportunities

* Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services

* Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations

* Maintain accurate records of project costs and variations
