Quantity Surveyor - Tottenham

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property maintenance and social housing company, delivering a variety of workstreams including voids, reactive repairs, and planned refurbishments. This exciting role is based in Tottenham and will involve working across multiple locations on a £5 million contract.

Role Details:

Location: 4 days in the office (Tottenham), 1 day working from home
Salary: £69,000 per annum + car allowance
Contract Value: £5 million
Workstreams: Voids, reactive maintenance, planned refurbishmentKey Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial and contractual aspects of the contract
Manage and maintain cost control across various workstreams
Ensure the successful delivery of projects to meet high standards
Collaborate with operational teams to maximise project efficiencyWhat We're Looking For:

Strong background in social housing or property maintenance
Proven experience in delivering large-scale contracts
Excellent negotiation and cost management skills
