Just Recruitment is partnering with a growing organisation in Halstead that is actively seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team.

Duties include:

* Supervise employees and direct work as they undertake activities related to order fulfillment and order management
* Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and effective manor, and that our client's compliance is adhered to
* Ensure employees adhere to Health & Safety regulations and relevant laws
* Monitor warehouse housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe work area is maintained
* Packing customer orders
* Supervision of container loading and unloading

The ideal candidate will have:

* Have previous warehouse experience or proven experience with a leadership position in a similar role
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have proven leadership and employee management skills
* Have knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
