• Providing 1st line network support for LAN/WAN infrastructure.

• Monitoring performance, ensuring system reliability, and troubleshooting issues.

• Supporting, configuring, and installing network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Performing system upgrades, security patches, and maintenance.

• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth network operations.

• Developing comprehensive User Acceptance Tests and documentation for new installations.

• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• At least 3 years’ experience in network engineering.

• Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, or Juniper WAN/LAN solutions.

• Familiarity with PRTG, Visio, and a plus if you know VMware technologies.

• Solid understanding of switching technologies (STP, VLANs, VTP).

• Experience with optical networking, SFPs/GBICs, and fiber connections.

• A proactive mindset and strong time management skills.
