Duties

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.

* Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding products and services.

* Maintain and organise sales records, reports, and databases using Sage and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Outlook.

* Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring all materials are professionally presented.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders and customer requests.

* Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management as required.

* Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective administration of sales processes.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role is highly desirable.

* Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and experience with Sage or similar software.

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
