The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager would have the following experience and abilities:

• People focused – building talented teams through motivation, learning and development
• Running efficient, focused and fun shifts in high-end environments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High levels of both written and spoken English
• Intermediate financial understanding – cash handling, labour, rota and stock management
• Ability to work under pressure (7 shifts over 5 days)
• Positive and can do attitude
