Our client is seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Retail Assistant, where you will be working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for their clients and customers on arrival in store or when dealing with them over email or telephone ensuring that they receive only the very highest standards of customer care and service.
You will need to have experience of working as a receptionist / front of house or a similar busy environment (desirable but not essential). You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload, alongside good IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
