Shift timings:
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30
Friday 08:00 - 14:30
Responsibilities:
To creating, track, and managing customer PPAP requirements during development and in mass production.
Gauge design and manufacturing, part measurement, and supplier part approval processes.
Collaborate with the Design and Development (D&D) team to assist in design and product validation testing.
Investigate and troubleshoot product and production issues.
Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Conduct product and process audits
Adhere to the Quality Management System (IATF 16949) guidelines.
Assist in managing and tracking customer warranty concerns and claims.
Be flexible with potential overtime as needed.
Be open to changes in job roles for departmental flexibility.
Skills and Requirements:
Knowledge of IATF16949 requirements
Demonstrable understanding of quality management principles, methodologies and core tools
Can use MS packages
Can communicate effectively both written and verbally
Good organisational skills and Time Management
A willing to learn and develop quality assurance procedures and processes
Measuring experience using Steel Rule, Gap Gauge and Vernier
Experience with interactions of both suppliers and customers
Understanding of Problem-Solving activities using PDCA, 8D and Ishikawa
