SENIOR OR ASSOCIATE TOWN PLANNER

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a talented and ambitious Senior/Associate Town Planner to join a well-established planning practice in central London.

About the Company:

My client is a well renowned and leading London based independent planning consultancy, providing informed and effective service to designers, landowners, and developers. This dynamic and busy practice works on a wide array of projects that range in complexity. They have been established and in operation for over 50 years.

Duties of the role:

Managing a range of planning applications, appeals and pre-application enquiries.
Assessing planning applications and monitoring outcomes.
Researching and designing planning policies to guide development.
Undertaking regular community engagement and committee meetings.
Communicating with all stakeholders involves in the planning process.
Supporting junior team members where required.

About you:

The ideal applicant for this position will hold a degree in planning or a relative field of study. MRTPI chartered or working towards the APC, as well as previous experience of 3+ years in a planning role required. Ideally a private sector background, however public sector considered for the right candidate. We are seeking a positive, energetic, can-do attitude!
