Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday -- 2 on 2 off 2 on 4 off rolling rota.

We are currently seeking a Young Person's support worker Team Leader (16-18) for our clients Supported Accommodation in Wirral with great career development opportunities. The client has a number of provision located on the wirral and is easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Liverpool and Chester.

We are looking for experienced Team Leader's who are qualified to level 3 in Children & Young People workforce or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care. We will also accept individuals currently enrolled on the above courses. Team Leaders in the future may have an opportunity to enroll into our Accelerated Registered Manager Programme where you have a fantastic opportunity to become a Registered Manager in one of our provisions depending on individual progression within the company

About the job:

You will be key in helping the young people and leading a team of Support Workers. This is a challenging role, where no two days are the same, but the rewards are incomparable to any other job. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results on the young people in our care and the staff team you lead.

Entry Requirements:

* Must be on DBS update or willing to have checks done.

* An NVQ Level 3 in hildren & Young People or equivalent

* Experience working with children / Young people in a Residential Childcare setting, for at least 2 years.

* Experience in a supervisory capacity for a minimum of 6 months (Preffered but not essential).
