Our client are a leading Build to Rent company with an impressive portfolio. With the busy season of move in's coming up they are looking to hire a number of Customer and Enquiries Advisor's to their teams.

Working with a great team, in a busy Head Office you will be:

• Being the company's first point of contact on the phone and via email
• Dealing with day to day enquiries from residents, ensuring issues are dealt with appropriately
• Booking in viewing's for the leasing team
• Liaising with Neighbourhood teams to ensure resident work orders are completed
• Determining potential residents suitability
